My vagina loves coconut oil!

Girls! People of America! The entire world! Coconut is my dream come true.

I started cooking with coconut oil a few years ago because of the good fats and great taste, While cooking one afternoon I thought “oh this would be great for my hair!” Once I saw and felt my hair after leaving the oil in over night I immediately started putting it on my skin as a lotion. I got so into it I would put it in my hair before taking hot yoga. As I was looking up some cool ways to use coconut oil. I was blown away with all the health benefits. Coconut oil has special fats called medium chain triglycerides (MCTs). It has been shown that breaking down these types of healthy fats in the liver leads to efficient burning of energy. One 2009 study found that women who consumed 30 milliliters (about 2 tablespoons) of coconut oil daily for 12 weeks not only did not gain more weight, but actually had lowered amounts of abdominal fat, a type of fat that is difficult to lose, and contributes to more heart problems.

62% of the oils in coconut are made up of these 3 healthy fatty acids and 91% of the fat in coconut oil is healthy saturated fat.

Most of the fats that we consume take longer to digest, but MCFAs found in coconut oil provide the perfect source of energy because they only have to go through a 3 step process to be turned into fuel vs. other fats go through a 26 step process! At this point I felt like I struck a gold mine!

While having lunch with a girlfriend of mine she mentioned she used coconut oil as a vagina cleanser because of its natural antibiotics. Wait so you put it up in your vagina? She said after every shower she puts some right up in there and it leaves her feeling and smelling fresh! Of course I tried it and fell in love with it. My hair skin and Vagina has never been happier. If we’re being honest, I’ll go all the way and tell you coconut oil is the best lubercation for sexual pleasure. The guys love it, my Vagina screams for it! I know your already out the door buying you some organic cold pressed extra virgin coconut oil!
