Most of you know I recently had body contouring surgery known as the S curve by Doctor Ghavami. Even after the fat transfer and contouring I’m left with muscles that need to be toned. After a few months of eating and healing It’s time To start back up my fitness routine . I’ve always loved expressing my feminine energy and with my new fitness goals I wanted to tone and build the right muscles to mold the feminine body of my dreams.

Check out this little workout tip for a more feminine waist.
The best suggestions I have for creating a more feminine waist is to avoid crunches or things that make the waist more compact looking. It’s a matter of lengthening and elongating. You can do these by incorporating exercises that have flexion, rotation and extension such as; rotating side planks, superman’s and moving inchworms.
