  • Growing up born in the wrong body had its challenges. By far the hardest thing was not being included in all girl events, the all girl sports team and of course the all girl pizza party sleepovers. I always felt so rejected which brought up a lot of shameful feelings that led to sadness and eventually depression. Even still to this day, I have my fair share of triggers that hit pretty hard. I mean one of my biggest triggers, “girls night in” was on TV for everyone to see and judge. We all have them and no matter who you are they hurt! I would always wish there was a place I could go that accepted me for me, a safe place I could go and be the girl I always knew I was on the inside. After leaving Vanderpump, I shifted my focus to my community. I needed to reflect love and acceptance for all. It is a vital part of my mission on this planet. During this time, a women named Sall reached out to me. She was a fan of the show and wanted to apologize for how the girls treated me. She mentioned this new app she was creating for all girls called Giggle. I was blown away! “This is everything I’ve ever dreamed of as a child and as a grown women,” I said. We both laughed. Then, I asked about trans girls and she said “When my mum and I first got the idea for a girls-only platform, the next topic was trans girls. It was a no brainer - of course. Giggle is for all girls. There is absolutely no point in doing anything like this if you’re not going to create it for absolutely every girl in the world.” Hearing this made me so happy. As a trans activist working in the community I always see the need for a safe place for trans women to connect with each other and other girls. I messaged Sall after a girls night out and said, “you have no idea how needed this is for me and my sisters.” A few weeks ago, @sallpics reached out to me and asked if I’d come on board and help as an advisor and a brand partner. I was stoked! She went the extra mile to include me not just on the app itself but the actual mission! I am so honored to announce my partnership with @joinagiggle. Here is a place where all girls including myself are welcome! It’s the ultimate girls invite! Read more link in bio!
